On-Site Visit
We assess your property's current condition and start to visualize your landscaping concept based on your budget. We send you a quote within 24 to 48 hours if we can not prepare one on-site. Design work can take 1-2 weeks or more.

Design Phase and Plan Presentation
We draw up a 2D or 3D design for a fee of $200 to $3,000. The fee may be waived depending on the project size when you decide to work with us. We have a video call or onsite visit to show you the design and discuss payment terms. Designs include up to two revisions.

Sign the Agreement
When you sign the agreement, we request a 10% deposit to reserve your spot on the calendar.

Schedule Project Walkthrough
We do a walkthrough of your property up to a week before the construction start date, where we confirm the details of your project and take final measurements. Payment #2 is due at this time.

Installation and Work Begins!
Your project manager and crew will arrive. We keep you updated on the status, weather, and overall timeline along with a video check-in at the midpoint of the project.

Final Walkthrough and On-Going Maintenance
Our final walkthrough ensures you are 100% satisfied with our work. We collect the final payment and go over the details of our ongoing care package. You will also receive a gift from us upon completion of the project.
