Collaborative Landscape Design for a Custom Outdoor Space in Canton, MI

During the initial phone call, we can discuss your project and budget, and will then email you our questionnaire to get a better understanding of what you want for your outdoor space. We will also tell you what to expect from our first on-site visit.

We assess your property's current condition and start to visualize your landscaping concept based on your budget and desires. We send you a quote within 24 to 48 hours if we can not prepare one on-site. Design work can take 1-2 weeks or more.

We review your ideas and share inspirational photos from past projects to formalize concepts that will lead us into the Design phase. 

We draw up a 2D or 3D design for a fee. The fee may be waived depending on the project size when you decide to work with us. We have a video call or onsite visit to show you the design and discuss payment terms. Designs include up to two revisions.

When you sign the agreement, we request a 10% deposit to reserve your spot on the calendar. We do a walkthrough of your property up to a week before the construction start date, where we confirm the details of your project and take final measurements. Payment #2 is due at this time.

Your project manager and crew will arrive. We keep you updated on the status, weather, and overall timeline along with a video check-in at the midpoint of the project.

Our final walkthrough ensures you are 100% satisfied with our work. We collect the final payment and go over the details of our ongoing care package. You will also receive a gift from us upon completion of the project.
